Video editing has come on a long way since computer based systems were first introduced and at Mediacrews we pride ourselves in using experienced editors alongside industry standard software systems. Today we are working on both Final Cut Studio and Final Cut Express for the vast majority of our editing, however we can also work in Adobe Premiere if that is your preferred software. In Final Cut we currently offer two editing solutions:
New video Shoot and Edit service
Essentially this is a same day shoot and edit service for small video productions where costs are kept low by offering a quick turnaround time with minimal crew. Often it is used for uploading to websites and typically involves a combination of interview shots and location footage. Usually we film in the morning and then edit on-site in the afternoon, with delivery web provider by the end of the day. This service also has the advantage of giving a very quick turnaround so that companies and organisations can post a video very quickly onto their websites when needed.

Final Cut Studio Service
With this option you will edit at our offices in East London. This is ideal for larger video projects where final delivery will be onto DVD with perhaps more detailed menu options.
Final Cut Location Service
As the name suggest with this option we edit at a location of your choice on our laptop based Final Cut editing suite. This is a common choice for our ‘Video to Web’ clients who need a quick turnaround.
Remote Editing
On occasion our clients are not able to be present at the edit stage of a project and at these times we will use the Internet (via our secure webspace) to send work-in-progress edits. Using this service we can send everything from unedited footage through to a final draft of the finished video for our clients to check and make changes.
